The Process...
We offer a friendly and professional service, working with you all the way. We start from your initial brief, from which we will come up with ideas and develop concepts. Then, with your approval, draw up a detailed design to create the garden for you.
 Initial visit
When you contact The Hidden Garden we will arrange a convenient time to call to discuss your requirements.
We will survey the garden in order to translate the details to a scale drawn plan. Important physical factors we take into consideration are: soil type, aspect, drainage, levels and existing major features.
We will also take a brief from you to discover your requirements including important factors such as likes / dislikes, tastes, style, interests etc, basically to understand in more detail the kind of garden you want and how it is to be used. It is also useful at this stage for you to write down these thoughts and gather together any pictures from books / magazines or even photographs of ideas you like.
The initial meeting is important to gather and exchange information in order for us to develop our plans to the next stage and most importantly to determine the service that you want and how much you want to spend on your garden. |

Presenting ideas
The next stage is to present you with ideas based on your brief. This will show the main layout and components of your garden. These can be fine-tuned with your input to produce the detailed drawing.
The plan will be a fully scaled drawing of your new garden and if required detailed construction drawings of any major building work in your garden and planting plans.
To give you an artists impression of your garden 3d rendered axiometric designs can be provided.
Building your garden
Once you are happy with the look of your garden we can establish budgets and timescales for the work that you want carried out.
As requirements can vary, we can offer you a choice. You may only want certain elements of the garden built now and have the plan to complete the bigger picture at a later stage. Or you may want to build the garden yourself.
Which ever way you want to progress the plans, we can help. We can build the garden for you, our landscapers are time served craftsmen and gardens are built to the highest quality standards.
The choice is yours and we will always accommodate the approach which is best for you.
